Knee Injuries On the Rise for Young Athletes
Youth sports provide young people with several benefits, including physical conditioning, the chance to learn how to work as a team, and the opportunity to build social skills with friends, coaches, and teammates. Unfortunately, there are also several risks involved with participating in sports.
